KdMultigrid
The batch processor KdMultigrid can generate look-up tables with estimated distribution coefficients (Kd values) for radioecological and transport modeling by calling the geochemical code PHREEQC for several soil parameter combinations.
The graphical user interface of KdMultigrid allows customizing these look-up tables by choosing the soil parameters to be varied.
The estimation of Kd values is based on the component additive UNiSeCs III approach as described in the manuscript “KdMultigrid – A tool for generating multidimensional look-up tables with solid-liquid distribution coefficients for radioecological and transport modeling”, Journal of Environmental Radioactivity, in press.
KdMultigrid can also be used to facilitate evaluating the sensitivity of the radionuclide solid-liquid distribution with respect to soil parameters or for estimating Kd probability distributions.

The package neither includes the PHREEQC executable nor the Thermochimie database. Please read the installation instructions in the manual.
